Our time is extremely valuable, especially now, as we need time to properly sanitize and have other clients eager to fill our open appointments.
We strive to provide the best experience, services, and products. With this in mind, we have established the following policies to ensure the best visit at the salon for you and our family of clients.
RESCHEDULING, CANCELLATION & NO SHOW POLICY
Please provide a 48 hour notice to cancel or reschedule. In the event of a same-day cancellation, rescheduled, or "no show" appointment, we will require a fee* to be paid before booking your next appointment. *Please consult with your stylist directly regarding their cancellation fees.
LATE ARRIVAL POLICY
If you arrive 15 minutes after your scheduled time, we will do everything we can to accommodate you, but may not be able to provide the service(s) you originally booked. In the event of a late arrival, we may require a fee* to be paid before booking your next appointment. *Please consult with your stylist directly regarding their fees.
Payment is required in full at the end of your service.
Must be dated the day of your service. Returned checks will incur a bank service fee*.
Kaizen Salon is a Family Friendly Salon, However, all children under the age of 13 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
